Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Your business is appreciated. We greatly value all of our patrons and are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We will issue you a refund only if the product is completely unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original state. Any and all protective seals, coverings, and stickers must be intact. Discounted items, items on sale, or items purchased with a coupon code are unable to be returned. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt for store credit only. For a return to be accepted, items must be mailed back within 30 days of return approval. Only Digital Gift Certificates will be eligible for a refund that is not store credit. Gift Certificate refund requests must be made within 30 days of the issued date on the recipient email (no exceptions). If a return request is issued 31 days after receipt or later, no refunds shall be issued (no exceptions). If return merchandise is shipped later than 30 days after a return approval is issued, no refund will be issued (no exceptions). Any item(s) shipped back to the warehouse without first going through the return approval process and being approved will not be refunded (no exceptions). No in-person refunds will be accepted (no exceptions). LADY DI ELEGANCE™ is not accountable for any costs incurred for the return process. All return expenses will be the responsibility of the party requesting the refund.

To start a refund, customers must first send an email to our Returns Department with “refund request” in the subject line. Please send photos of the item(s) that you are requesting a refund for (at least one photo of each item must contain all protective coverings intact), and attach a copy of your receipt. You will receive an email letting you know whether or not your return request has been approved, and can proceed to shipping the approved item(s) that you wish to return. A printed copy of the receipt emailed to the Returns Department for the approval request must be included in the return shipment. Without a printed copy of this receipt included in the shipment, no refund shall be issued. And, the items will not be returned to the sender. It is very important to send to the warehouse address exactly as written above (including country for returns outside the United States). If the merchandise does not reach the warehouse, no refund will be issued. Items sent back without first receiving an approval via email will not be accepted and will not be shipped back to the sender. No refund will be issued. After shipping the item(s), it is required to send our Returns Department a follow-up email with the product tracking information. If the Returns Department does not receive an email with the tracking information prior to the shipment(s) reaching the warehouse, no refund will be issued. And, the item(s) will not be shipped back to the sender. To prevent forgetting to complete this important step, it is advised to send the tracking information the same day the merchandise is shipped. Any Returned Item(s) must reach our warehouse and be fully processed by the warehouse before a refund via store credit will be issued. Please note that any returned item(s) found not to meet the necessary return criteria listed above, will not be refunded and will not be shipped back to the sender. If merchandise that has been declined for return approval is sent to the warehouse, no refund will be issued. And, the item(s) will not be returned. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed after merchandise has reached the warehouse. It is advised for customers to keep shipment tracking information until the return process is complete.

Digital Gift Certificates

Only Digital Gift Certificates will be eligible for a refund that is not store credit. For Digital Gift Certificates, recipients must reply to The Gift Certificate Recipient Email and put “refund” in the subject line within 30 days of the issued date to receive a refund (no exceptions). Any requests for a refund 31 days or later than the issued date will not be approved. No refund will be granted. We will issue a refund to the recipient in the full amount that was issued on the Digital Gift Certificate, no questions asked. Refunds will be issued via Cash App as this is the fastest way for clients from anywhere in the world to receive their funds. All issued funds must be on the Gift Certificate for a refund to be issued. Please allow 30 days from the refund approval date for the funds to be issued.
